Lauro de Freitas 举办第二届 Bob Marley Day，迎来 Groundation、Israel Vibration 等众多乐队！

Dedicated to reggae — that is how March 13 will unfold at Praia de Ipitanga. Lauro de Freitas will for the first time host international reggae headliners and a major event like Bob Marley Day. Featuring acts such as California's Groundation and Jamaica's Israel Vibration, the event is expected to create jobs for more than 800 people in the region. "This will be an excellent leisure option for the area," says Chico Franco, secretary of Labor, Sports and Leisure of Lauro de Freitas. Alongside international acts, national and local bands will perform, including Red Meditation, Aroots, Family Reggae, Kayman and Semente da Paz, Sine Calmon, Mato Seco, Planta e Raiz and Diamba. This edition's novelty is the venue — an arena on Ipitanga beach. More than 12 hours of reggae and special tributes to Bob Marley are planned.

 Groundation： 新一代世界 reggae 三大乐队之一。来自 California 的 Sonoma，将 jazz 与 blues 特质融入 roots reggae。 "Groundation" 之名源于让所有人达到同一层面、彼此教育学习、无等级之分的努力。 Israel Vibration： Bob Marley 去世后，Israel Vibration 长期保持世界 reggae 第一代表的地位。Israel Vibration & Roots Radics 的作品纯正，发行了多张 reggae 史上最伟大的专辑。 Diamba： Diamba 已有三张专辑和一张 DVD。13 年历程中在 Bahia 首府及内陆、Rio de Janeiro 及 Minas Gerais 内陆巡演无数。 Planta & Raiz： 1998 年成立的 reggae 乐队，演奏 Bob Marley、Gilberto Gil 和 Edson Gomes 的 cover。2001 年在 Via Funchal 为 The Wailers 暖场，São Paulo 7000 观众。2005 年发行 live DVD。 Mato Seco： 2002 年在 São Paulo ABC 地区成立，深受善与正义哲学影响，作品紧扣 reggae 的真实。 Sine Calmon： Bahia 音乐人 Sine Calmon 80 年代在 "Remanescentes" 起步。离队后组建 Morrão Fumegante。受 Bob Marley 与 Jimmy Hendrix 影响，首张 CD 为 "Fogo na Babilônia"。
