Tribo releases new CD and promises a stunning launch!

Tribo de Jah has just completed its latest studio work and promises a groundbreaking release, with what it calls its best CD of all time. According to critics on hand who had access to the material with only unreleased Tribo songs, the result is truly surprising and promises to boost not only the band's own career but also provide new momentum for national reggae itself. It has been a long time since such a polished work was seen, which truly shows a sensitive maturing of the band musically but also at the level of ideas, which now appear even more coherent and no less forceful.
The work should feature 14 songs plus a dub version of the hit Neguinho Babaçu, which in the extra version will be titled Nego Baba Dub. In addition to the twelve unreleased songs and the dub mentioned above, the CD includes a new recording of Oh Jah, Oh Jah, now sung by Zé Orlando and also a new version of Satisfaz a Minha Alma, since this song was not included on the 15 Anos CD extracted from the DVD.
The issue is that this version of Bob has been played on many radios across Brazil but fans cannot find it on any CD in the live version. That is why the label asked Tribo to record it in another completely new version. Beyond that, it's all irresistible gems with Tribo showing a groove never seen before. For those who are already card-carrying fans of the band, the intensity of the material is truly tear-jerking.
Other titles on the CD include: Dias Cruciais, Floradas de Amor, Povos do Terceiro Mundo, Botão Querendo Florecer, No Extremo da Ilha, Os Pioneiros de Reggae, Bela Mocidade (track drawn from Maranhão folklore), Rainha da Sedução, Guerreiros da Tribo, among others. The big surprise should come from the special participation of U. Roy and Sylvia Tella on two other unreleased songs. Taking advantage of the tour these legends were doing in Brazil with Tribo, they dropped by the studio and made their mark. Without a doubt, it is the most anticipated release in national reggae. Brazilian reggae warriors (and those from abroad too) will have nothing to complain about.
