Tribo de Jah "thrills" London in two sold-out shows! Check it out!

The Tribo just arrived from Londres defor two memorable shows in the English capital. Os dois concerts were sold out, which left a lot of people unsettled outside. According to the organizers of the events that took place on May 31 and June 1, it was the first time that a Brazilian band filled the dependencies of Guanabara for two consecutive nights, a house located in Covent Garden, a trendy area of the city of London. The owners of the house, all English, promote all styles of “ballads” to the local audience, and many events with Brazilian music and culture.

In the process of releasing their new CDs, one for the national market in Portuguese and the other for the external market in English, Tribo took advantage of the new repertoire to pre-release the new songs that, even though they were totally new, ended up infecting the crowd in a surprising way. Songs like "Love to the World", "Peace to the People" and "The Babylon Inside" ended up becoming instant hits, getting the crowd to dance and sing without any difficulty.

What was most surprising was that there were people from República Tcheca, from Polônia e de other places who said they had known the work Tribo previously in their country of origin. In fact, Tribo de Jah had already given an interview for an important Polish publication, in addition to having been the subject of radio specials on Polônia. Obviamente the band's best-known songs, some of them in bright rereadings that denote the whole good time of the group that emerged in Maranhão to, more and more daily, break the planet.

About to complete 20 years of career, always maintaining the same formation, and traveling more and more frequently to the great stages of reggae abroad, it is natural that Tribo de Jah now reach its peak, at the most mature and productive moment of its entire journey. After all, it is not easy to simultaneously release two CDs, compose in English and Portuguese, and yet, almost at the same time, present a third product as a result of the two new discs, which will be the"Tribo de Jah in Dub". The Brazilian reggae has certainly been well represented out there!
