The legendaryToots, leader ofThe Maytals, was hit by a bottle at the end of his show atDominion Riverrock FestinRichmond,Virgínia, United States. The artist was hospitalized and released after receiving treatment for the cut on the front of his head. The attacker was identified as a 19-year-old man namedWilliam C. Lewis. William was taken into custody by event security, and was soon arrested for misdemeanor and public drunkenness.
