If the Brasil justice system were as fast as the American one, impunity and the problems here would certainly be smaller. The American William C. Lewis, accused of throwing a bottle of vodka that hit the Reggae icon Toots Hibbert during a performance in May of this year, was convicted.

Toots was performing at Dominion Riverrock Festival on the Island of Brown, United States when he interrupted his classic "Country Road" after the object hit his head. William was tried and convicted of three crimes, and sentenced to serve a 12-month sentence, 6 of which in a closed regime.

In the video below, more precisely at 4 minutes and 25 seconds, we can clearly see the glass bottle being thrown and hitting the artist while performing the classic "Country Road".
