Singer Barbara Jones passed away on December 19th, victim of leukemia (blood cancer). She was recently in Brazil performing with Lloyd Parks.
Barbara was a well-known singer of romantic reggae (lovers rock) and was very successful in the 70s. Some of these songs such as "Midnight Blue" and "Doggie in the Window" are still successful today in São Luís and Belém.
