Musician and composer native of Salvador, Ras Mateus has been in music since 2007. His career began in the Bahian capital and soon migrated to Uruguay, where he performed from 2008 to 2013 with the band Raiz Ancestral, formed by local musicians.
In 2013 he recorded the album "Origem de todo ser" at Ital Studios (BA) and soon held its pre-launch in Porto Alegre (RS), a region where he performs frequently.

This time Ras Mateus is preparing for the promotional tour of his newly released album, and together with the band GrooVI will travel through five cities in southern Brazil and three more performances in Uruguay.
