The success of Jamaican Richie Stephens' song 'Knock Knock Knock' inspired him to shoot a music video in São Luís, Maranhão. Before coming for a small tour of the country, Richie heard that the song was a big hit in Jamaica Brasileira, but he only confirmed the fact upon his arrival on August 6.

I couldn't believe it when fans recognized me everywhere I went. They had obviously heard the song and also seen me on Facebook and Youtube. When I visited some events, when the DJs played the track, everyone went crazy, dancing and singing the entire lyrics" — said Richie Stephens.
On his first visit to the country he had two shows scheduled in São Luís and two in Belém. The average audience was very good, from 3 to 4 thousand people.
