The band from Castanhal, Pará, Jaafa brings its fans and lovers of national reggae its latest release. "Nada é em Vão" carries with it all the experience acquired over the years in terms of musical production. If the technical quality of the production were not enough, the compositions are equally outstanding. Strong lyrics and positive messages celebrate the struggle, achievement and God as the "north" of their goals. With 11 unreleased songs, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered at Studio Fabrica Sonora in the city of Castanhal, under the musical production of Acy Ayres, the band's vocalist. The recordings also featured the special participation of Janilson Barbosa (owner and technician of Fábrica Sonora), Gleyton Cardoso (Trompete) and Marcelo Correa (Trombone). The album features songs written by Acy Ayres and collaborations with Álvaro Ayres and Flávio de Brito, namely "Eu a Brisa & você" and "Curimbó Rasta" respectively.

The Official Release of the album is scheduled for April 16 at Sesc in Castanhal. At the entrance, non-perishable food items will be collected as a form of admission.
