Last Tuesday (17), Tribo de Jah released "Pavimentando a Estrada", an unreleased single that also received a video recorded in São Luís during a season in the capital of Maranhão, where they carried out a series of activities. With 34 years on the road, the band is known as a pioneer of reggae in Brazil. The stay in "Brazilian Jamaica", the nickname of São Luís, was packed with events that pleased fans. The band did a live stream that not only announced new music, but also began composing it live. The broadcast had more than 70 thousand people watching and thousands of shares. On the occasion, Tribo de Jah was also received by the state governor, Flávio Dino, and the mayor of the capital, Edivaldo Holanda. There was a conversation about reggae culture and projects involving the band in the state's cultural agenda. In addition to “Pavimentando a Estrada”, today, December 19, “O Anúncio” was released, the first solo EP by Pedro Beydoun, the band's vocalist.
