Women in Reggae: Stellaria releases a song and video! Watch on Surforeggae!

To close the year - despite the regrets - with a flourish, singer and songwriter Stellaria premiered her first official music video. The song "Diamante da Lama" portrays the difficulty that independent artists have in making a living from art in Brazil. Stellaria had an erudite background and for a long time performed on São Paulo trains to support her daughter. Another woman with a remarkable story of overcoming through music. The track is part of the Rlab project, which aims to rescue artists in situations of social vulnerability and who are in need of structure to record/release their work and have artistic direction. It is carried out by the "Econsciencia" Collective with support from the Secretariat of Culture of the city of São Paulo, through the Reggae Support Notice.
