The band also presents the public with a live broadcast on YouTube directly from São Luís do Maranhão, Brazilian Jamaica.
On November 25th, from 8pm to 10pm, the live event will take place to mark Tribo de Jah's return to the stage. After the entire pandemic hiatus away from the public, the pioneering band of national reggae has just confirmed its tour to showcase the album "Até Que O Bem Triunfe No Final", which marks 35 years of career.
With the full band, the live will be broadcast on Tribo's YouTube, direct from São Luís, Maranhão. In fact, the project was covered by the Aldir Blanc Law, through the State Department of Culture.
In addition to the presentation still in digital format, Tribo de Jah has already confirmed a series of shows with the public. The band has dates in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Bahia and Alagoas.
And Tribo de Jah’s expectations for their first post-pandemic tour are as optimistic as possible.
Let's miss the stage and this routine that ended up being eliminated. That experience of hitting the road, contact with the public, seeing the fans, the friends that the Tribo has wherever we go. Although tours have a very tiring side, as the band's people are all old, all in their sixties, but it's still very pleasurable, because there's a whole interaction that ends up fueling the composition and creation process. I think music is not just a show on stage. I think it goes much further than that. So this contact, a hug, a handshake with the people who follow the work is important. And that is sorely missed...", reports Fauzi Beydon, lead singer of Tribo de Jah.
