自从五年前出现了举办一场值得这座城市有需要的观众的演出的想法以来，Teresina 的雷鬼场景就不再一样了。 Teresina 的雷鬼音乐拥有大量粉丝，他们长期以来一直错过了有机会看到和听到国内和国际雷鬼音乐大腕的活动。正向振动“TRIBUTO A BOB MARLEY”，是在卡波耶拉老师和雷盖罗Herbert Teixeira的倡议下创建的。 Gomes Brasil、Andread Jó、Rebel Music、Cabesativa、Fullreggae、Karranka、Afro Raiz、Ras Eduardo等名字，以及传说中的Don Carlos，都已经出现在活动舞台上。 2009 年，该活动将吸引全国舞台上的主要嘉宾，如Donaleda 和Andread Jó、Mato Seco、Full Reggae 以及 DJ Bruno Rasta 和 Guto Rastafari。 5月23日Espaço Noé Mendes、Teresina将再次成为根源雷鬼音乐之都。
