Vocalist, songwriter and son of musicians from Ceará. Born in São Paulo, he moved to the state of Ceará with his parents at the age of seven, where ten years later, together with his brother Paulo Pontes, they formed the reggae band Nação Regueira.
With 13 years on the road, the band Nação Regueira has already performed alongside the biggest names in national and international reggae, besides participating in major festivals in the country, among them: Ceará Music (CE), Tributes to Bob Marley and Peter Tosh (SP), National Reggae Circuit (ES), among others.
The band has 3 albums in its discography: Reggae da Paz, Ano de Evolução and Deixa a Trilha Te Levar, released in 2000, 2004 and 2007 respectively.
