Fullreggae began its career in 2001 by the then newly arrived teacher, musician and guitarist, Tony Marshall, from São Paulo to Teresina-PI, together with his students Marcello Lima (bass) and Edilson Sousa (keyboards) and also Leão Negro (Vocalist), Rogean (Drums). This is how Foulreggae is formed. With this lineup they performed several shows in Teresina and the coast (Luiz Correia in the rock tribe where they opened for Tribo de Jah); They also made the first TRIBUTE TO BOB MARLEY (at the Piauí Crafts Center). That same year, Flemed's was recruited to replace Leão Negro.
In 2003, Tony Marshall returns to São Paulo and Kasbafy (producer) takes over the general direction and begins to make arrangements for the band's professionalization, changes the band's name to FULLREGGAE and recruits his friend Nena (guitar, backing vocals and composer), leading the band to make their first demo CD called "Deixe Keto", and soon forms a partnership with Jockey FM where they begin to participate in events around the city (Eletroroots, Lual Roots, Tribos Rock, among others).
That same year Nena left to be replaced by Theminson Douglas (Harry), and then Edimar replaced Rogean and later another guitarist, Samuel Torres, joined. With this training, they participate in several events in Teresina (PIAUI POP, TERESINA É POP, TERESINA REGGAE ROOTS, POSITIVE VIBRATION, TERESINA ROCK, LOUCOS POR FESTAS); opened shows for several national reggae names such as: TRIBO DE JAH, CIDADE NEGRA, NATIRUTS, ARMANDINHO, MATO SECO, PLANTA E RAIZ, and renowned international reggae names: GREGORE ISAACS, DON CARLOS, CLEATON FEARON and INI KAMOSE.
In 2008, once again the band changed its lineup, including Diego Araujo (drums), Belfort (guitar and back vocals) and Flemed's, who, in addition to his vocals, also plays the rhythm guitar. From then on, new horizons opened up, they participated in the collection volume 10 "Circuito Reggae" with the song "Minha Condição" and that same year they were awarded the SIEC state incentive law to make their first CD, “NATUREZA”, which was released in November 2011. The first album was very well received by critics, and with that they obtained a digital distribution contract through SONY MUSIC via Itunes.
