With 8 years on the road, the Amazonian reggae band Johnny Jack Mesclado has on its résumé the experience of two recorded CDs. The first, "Que Jah Abençoe" released in 2003 and the second "Luz de Raiz", released in 2005. The band also accumulates the experience of shows in other Brazilian capitals such as Boa Vista/RR, São Paulo/SP, Porto Alegre/RS, where in the latter they spent the first three months of 2005 promoting their second work.
The band's current lineup has been together since the second semester of 2001, and is composed of Thiago Flores (Vocals), Elisa Maia (Backing Vocals), Fred Mesclado (Bass), Daniel Oliveira (Guitar), Gabriel Buglê (Drums), Lucio Bezerra (Keyboards).
