Luciano (Jepther Washington McClymont) was born in Davey Town, Jamaica, and began singing in church choirs before moving to Kingston and meeting producer Herman Chin-Loy. Known as "JAH MESSENGER," Luciano is celebrated in Jamaica and abroad for his soulful voice and message-driven songs, often compared to greats like Dennis Brown and Garnett Silk while maintaining a distinctive style. Tracks such as "Jah Is Alive" and "Black Survivor" showcase his talent, and his live performances are regarded among the highlights of contemporary reggae.
