Morgan Heritage is a reggae band formed by five children of reggae artist Denroy Morgan. (Una Morgan, Roy "Gramps" Morgan, Peter "JahPetes" Morgan, Nakhamyah "Lukes" Morgan and Memo "Mr. Mojo" Morgan, plus Evance "Bubba" Kapengule). Despite their youth, this group was considered the "jewels" of reggae.

They grew up practically inside their father Denroy's studio in the United States. The group, which was formed by eight members, made its first appearance at Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica. Soon after they signed with MCA Records and released their first album in 1994 called "Miracles".

Soon after the album release, the family moved to Jamaica. During this period three of the members left the group.

Once in Jamaica, the band began working with famous reggae producers such as Bobby Dixon and Lloyd James, releasing in sequence the album "Protect Us Jah" (1997), acclaimed by critics, followed by "One Calling" (1998) and the gospel-inspired album "Don't Haffi Dread" (1999).

After the release of the 2001 album called "More Teachings", the band toured Europe once again and has returned periodically since then.

Their sixth studio album, "Three in One", came out in 2003. They released two successful DVDs, "Live In London" and "Live Over Europe 2003", and their seventh studio album "Full Circle" was released in 2005. "Mission In Progress" was released in April 2008 and includes the singles "Faithful" and "Raid Rootz Dance".

They have worked with the most important reggae artists and DJs today, including Capleton, Junior Kelly, Luciano, Gentleman, Beres Hammond, etc. There is a sister band called LMS (composed of other Morgan siblings) that is more influenced by hip-hop. LMS frequently tours with Morgan Heritage.
