Walking Lions became established in São Paulo with a regal metaphor: every jungle needs its lion king, and the band assumed that role in Brazil’s urban music scene. Since 1996 they have released several albums—Vitrine, Friends of the Ocean and Reggae Eco Lógico—and engaged in environmental and educational initiatives such as Keep Da Ocean Clean. Their touring history covers dozens of cities and hundreds of shows, and their blend of activism and music has reached large audiences.
Walking Lions’ work emphasizes ecological awareness and social responsibility through rhythm and outreach.
