Spielberg wants to film Bob Marley's life! Check it out!

Steven Spielberg is interested, through his production company DreamWorks, in bringing Bob Marley's life and work to the screen. The screenplay is being adapted from a biography of the king of reggae. The actor most tipped to play Marley in the film is singer Mos Def, who is starring in the film "Brown Sugar" and will soon be seen in The Italian Job. Def was nominated for having a voice similar to Marley's. Filming is expected to begin in 2003.
