Adão Negro gives a major show at the event "Forró e Reggae contra a Injustiça Social" at Reggae Night!
On 12/12 Adão Negro was scheduled to appear on the Reggae Night stage, which is located on Av. Robert Kennedy, formerly Av. Atlântica. As expected, the venue was full. Lines formed as early as ticket purchase time, which is
sold at a price that no one can complain about (M - 2.99 + 1 kg of food and H - 3.99 + 1 kg of food) even when entering the place.
This price has been the same every Thursday where the event "Forró e Reggae contra Injustiça Social" benefits "Casa do Zezinho". Every week more than 4 tons of food are collected for the house. Back to the main subject, the show was packed and around 1:00 there was already a large gathering near the dam, where, to the sound of "Neto Trindade e Bando da Lua", the crowd literally went wild preparing for the entrance of the night's big expected act.
Meanwhile, in the tent next door, there was a forró pé-de-serra with the band "Fim de Balada". There were women for everyone under the canvas. Soon after came the already famous "Trio Chamego", which drove the forró fans crazy with its xaxados and lots of forró. When it was about to be 2:00, a large movement could be seen in all corners heading into the venue... it was Adão Negro and his band, Tribo d´Abraão, taking the stage with the band's most played tune "Dexa eu botar um, vamos botar um....". The crowd jumped non-stop.
Adão Negro and his impeccable presence made his stay on the Reggae Night stages a true IRIE sensation! In short, those who attended or attend this event at Reggae Night are not wasting time or money. Next Thursday (19/12) one of the most buzzed bands on the current national reggae scene will play, Planta e Raiz. Ah... and with the same price.
