"Vivalavanca" - by Solano Rasta and Leões de Israel!
Long live the living lever of life that we are now and always. Lever means power. Minimum effort, maximum gain. It is the use of two complementary forces and a third destabilizing, disproportionate one that gives it a marvelous function. This is reality.
Reality is normality, simultaneity, but most people do not perceive this vital point of our existence and end up attracted to palliative, imaginary, and costly lifestyles. Imagination strongly involves people, because it is very desirous, facilitative, escapist. Whoever imagines excessively is abnormal, because they do not perceive the applicable limit of their ideas and are always thinking they are right. In truth, they are always losing because they do not accept error.
Those who perceive more, however, correct themselves, because they have focus, a normalizing, strengthening source. We cannot exclude anything, neither error nor imagination, good and evil, illness and health, love and hate, or even the surrounding system, because everything is useful for those who know how to use it. How can we deny inevitable things such as error or illness? Inclusion is use, because what God has joined, man does not separate. For example, the night of the day, life death, the positive and negative parts of a magnet, or even the rasta culture of reggae music (for those who have not yet realized it).
We cannot imagine that we are perceiving, in an illusory way. And for there to be a transformation toward a more perceptive condition, process is necessary, because things do not happen suddenly; they are consequences. The best way to leverage this process is called education. Lifelong education, 24 hours a day, and not education for profit, ephemeral. We are already saturated with this extremely formal, deforming and non-transformative education. Traditional schools condemn error, so many students feel inferior when they repeat a year. Repetition is correction, improvement, but not for those who see time as a way to become rich. Whoever is not repeating is giving up; we only need to pay attention to the growing increase in school dropout rates.
Specialization is partialization; it is disunity. In medicine, for example, doctors are increasingly powerless, because they only know how to care for unilateral parts of the human body. If you develop a kidney problem caused by heart treatment, the cardiologist refers you to another colleague, because that problem is now beyond their reach. They ignore the existing differences among human beings, creating detailed, precise formulas for medicines. Even in food, they quantify daily needs for the intake of calories, carbohydrates, vitamins, and amino acids as if we were equal.
Nothing is equal, not even twins are, and much less BLOOD, if you understand me. If you have an infection, they try to eliminate bacteria as if they were the only cause of the problem. If you have a tumor, they try to destroy it at any cost, as if the disease were lodged in that place. Everything is interconnected, so when they get sick, they go looking for another doctor for treatment. They do not realize that the greatest enemy can be the best friend. This is waste!
Any desperate situation is a chance to learn. Therefore, hospitals must be transformed into schools, so doctors can be transformed into educators, especially of themselves. Only the doctor who controls themselves can effectively help others. Unfortunately, reality is different. With this type of teaching, hope has been lost, money became God, because illusorily people think everything can be solved with it. The worst part is that banks have become churches, "Houses of God." We even have many churches that are true banks. No wonder banks attract many more people than churches.
The problem is certainly not the lack of money; it is the lack of useful, reliable, penetrating words, verbal keys. Remember that in the beginning was the Word, but I tell you that in the middle and in the end too, so we can begin again, in a spiral. In this utopian context, palliative, deceptive solutions arise, such as: "God is love," "Only Jesus saves." Truly, those who most seek God and peace illusorily are those who most find the Devil and war. In Israel, the word Shalom (peace) is used abusively, yet they have been at war for more than two thousand years. We should seek peace, but not detached from its matrix, war.
Peace should not serve as a pacifier for us, to free us from the discontent we face day by day, because this can be very dangerous. The heart is a good example; if we do not strengthen it with useful threat, it will become so weak that in the midst of any organic imbalance, it will fail anyway. We need to value crises and not exclude them. Crisis is possibility, opportunity for improvement. Whoever knows the teachings of JESUS knows how to value this statement of mine. Better useful evil than useless good.
It is time to strengthen our external solidarity, but to do so we first need to strengthen our internal SOLIDARITY. We must begin with the mouth, the place where we can control the quality of our blood. Blood is a soldier and therefore truly welds, unites our organs in a useful, vital effort. But for those who strive uselessly, uncontrollably, blood can also destroy us.
Self-education, vital perception and not fatal imagination, this is the message of the band "Leões de Israel" in this ternary meeting between past and future here in the present, for all of us. Knowing where we came from, we will know where to go. Remember Moses and Joshua, forty years in the desert, proving that we are walking diamonds of incalculable value, and that they must be polished by the living, incessant lever that comes from verbal nourishment. These are the unsinkable foundations, the Pillars of Justice.
