Bombshell! Surprising and unexpected revelation about the Marley family! Check it out!

Bombshell! Surprising

There is a strong possibility that the Melody Makers will return to the music scene under a new name. Sources close to the Marley family indicate that there are plans to reunite Bob Marley's descendants in a band that would be called "Band Of Brothers", or "BOB", which would be used to promote the new entity. The sources also say that the Marley sisters are not included in this project, as they are engaged in other pursuits.

The brothers will include Ziggy, Stephen, Damian, Julian and Kymani. This does not mean they will abandon their solo careers, but they will occasionally return to tour and record collectively. After Bob Marley's death, his children Ziggy, Stephen, Cedella and Sharon founded the Melody Makers.

The group won Grammy Awards for three albums in 1989, 1990 and 1998, with "Conscious Party", "One Bright Day" and "Fallen Is Babylon". One Bright Day earned them the Grammy for two consecutive years, thanks to the strength of their hit "Look Who's Dancing". Two years ago, Bob's youngest son, Damian "Junior Gong" Marley, demonstrated his quality and potential with his album "Halfway Tree" and also won a Grammy. Damian was advised on the album by his brother Stephen (producer), and living legend Bunny Wailer (who is like an uncle to them).

Over the past year, Ziggy, now 36 (the same age at which his father died), released his first solo album, "Dragon Fly", while shortly afterward his brother Julian released "A Time And Place". Kymani is currently working on an as-yet-untitled album slated for release at the end of summer.
