Vell Rangel opens for The Wailers in Rio de Janeiro!
For reggae and Bob Marley fans, The Wailers' show on October 11th at Claro Hall (Barra) in Rio de Janeiro is unmissable. This is the closest way to "ver" Bob Marley, as this is the original formation of the band that played with him. In the repertoire songs like "Sun is Shinning", "Buffalo Soldier" and "Rastaman Vibration". Before playing in Brazil, they perform in Thailand, at the Koh Samui Music Festival, and then continue on tour in the United States. The opening of the night features a show by Rastaman Vibration Vell Rangel.
Singer and composer VELL RANGEL, who has emerged as one of the main promises of national reggae in recent years, will be performing songs from his CD "A Luta Continua". VELL RANGEL shows ease, sensitivity and incisiveness when discussing topics that are part of popular everyday life. "A Luta Continua" must be classified among the greatest and most relevant roots reggae albums that Brazil has ever produced.
