This Christmas, the band Jah I Ras gives the gift! Download the band's new single, exclusive to Surforeggae!

The national reggae revelation band, in partnership with the website Surforeggae, presents this Natal to Reggae Raiz lovers with the single "Selassie I Vive", available exclusively here on SURFOREGGAE for download. The CD "Jah Providenciará" is only scheduled to be released in February 2008, but you can already see the level of work being done. The band recorded with the renowned producer and sound technician, Wagner Bagão, already known for his work with Tribo de JAh, Reggae Style, Leões de Israel, among others. The song "Selassie I Vive" is strong in composition, imposing instrumental and in the introduction there are even melodic phrases (or melodica), an instrument renowned in the reggae scene by the legendary Augustus Pablo. The CD "Jah Providenciará" will certainly be one of the main releases on the national scene in 2008, and also the first OFFICIAL work by the band Jah I Ras, the newest exponent of truly Rastafari reggae made in Brazil.
