Reggae for Japanese tragedy victims gathers nearly 40 artists to record a song!

Once again the talent of Jamaican reggae musicians and producers and from other parts of the world reinforced the saying "there is strength in numbers". Sponsored by several well-known companies in Jamaica such as Fundação Bob Marley, Estúdio Tuff Gong e Clive Hunt Produções, the song "We will rise again (15 seconds)" (15 seconds, you will be born again) brought together almost 40 renowned artists in its recording.
The song, which is a response to the great earthquake that struck Japan on March 11, 2011, was the idea of Jamaican producer Clive Hunt, famous for having produced several artists such as The Abyssinians.
Big names in Jamaican reggae such as Dean Fraser, Luciano, Tarrus Riley, Marcia Griffiths, Bunny Ruggs/Cat Coore/Ruption (Third World), Chalice, Tony Rebel, Jimmy Riley, Richie Stephens e Half Pint joined artists from other countries such as Maxi Priest (England), Pierpoljak (France), Adão Negro (Brazil) and Big Mountain (USA) to produce the track that can be compared to "We are the world", an anthem from the 80s.
A great honor for Brazil to also be part of the project through Adão Negro, which had one of its most recent albums produced by the Jamaican Clive Hunt, also responsible for the invitation. All proceeds from the sale of the single will go to the victims of the earthquake that killed thousands of people and left tens of thousands homeless. The worldwide launch is scheduled for June 21st.
