Midnite releases new single and first music video! Watch on Surforeggae!

The band Midnite, one of the biggest revelations in non-Jamaican reggae since their debut with the album "Unpolished" in 1997, has just released their first music video of their career. "Mongst I&I" is the band's new single that will be part of the upcoming album "Kings Bell", to be released in November. This is the first time that the band has worked with a Jamaican producer (Andrew "Bassie" Campbell who was also the bassist for The Gladiators for a long period). On the album a team of top musicians, Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace (Drums), Earl "Chinna" Smith (Guitar), Squidley Cole (Drums), Mikey "Boo" Richards (Percussion) and Sticky Thompson (percussion). Most of the songs were recorded in Jamaica at Tuff Gong studio and finished at I-Grade Studio in the great Tippy Alfred and Aqua Sounds Studio in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. The music video was recorded with scenes from Kingston (capital of Jamaica) and Frederiksted, St. Croix.
