QUARTZ: Discover the first solo work by Alexandre Carlo, lead singer of Natiruts!

Alexandre Carlo, lead singer of Natiruts, releases his first solo work called "QUARTZ". For Natiruts fans, don't worry, this work runs in parallel with the famous reggae band, which remains firm and strong. "QUARTZ" brings rich research into Brazilian music, proposing a fusion of samba elements with North American soul and funk, influences that are the result of Alexandre's experience with records by James Brown, Jorge Ben and Earth Wind and Fire, all from his father's collection. The album was recorded by musicians essentially from Brasília, and featured special appearances by the very talented Ellen Oléria, São Paulo rappers Rashid and Projota, and Caê du Samba. The calling card of the new work is the single/clip, "Last Night", recorded in the city of Porto (Portugal) and recently released on YouTube.
