King's daughter Cedella Marley stages a children's musical based on 'Three Little Birds'!

Based on the Bob Marley song - 'Three Little Birds' - Cedella Marley wrote a children's musical that will premiere this time at the New Victory Theater, a music venue in New York, on February 7th, just one day after Bob Marley's 69th birthday. This will be the best birthday ever for Dad! There will be several children celebrating..." - says Cedella. The musical is also based on Cedella's children's book - Three Little Birds - which she says was inspired by her three children. This is the song I put my children to sleep with, and wake them up in the morning. My middle son was being picked on at school. He would come home very sad, and then I would also sing this song to him." Premiered in Washington last year, Cedella says she brought her kids the first night. She thought that maybe the children would know 1 or 2 songs, but she was surprised and excited when she saw that they sang practically all of them. The musical features songs such as "Jammin’", "Roots Rock Reggae", "I Shot the Sheriff" and "Is This Love". The show runs until February 23rd. Let's hope that some company brings the musical to Brazil.
