Norval Headley, better known as John Wayne, passed away on January 30th. He was the author of the hit "Call The Police" from the 80s and which even became the soundtrack for the film "Shottas" more recently. The song was made under the riddim "Under mi Sleng Teng" produced by King Jammy.
John Wayne died of kidney failure at a public hospital in Kingston, Jamaica. Wayne is survived by seven children and eight grandchildren. R.I.P.
