On May 12th, a trial will take place regarding the distribution rights for several of Marley's songs, including 'No Woman no Cry'.

Cayman Music, which controlled the Jamaican idol's catalog from 1967 to 1976, is demanding from Blue Mountain Music (Chris Blackwell - Island Records) the payment of royalties (which could yield millions) for distributing songs that according to them were exclusive rights.
Annually, according to Forbes Magazine, Marley's songs still make a profit of around 9 million dollars a year.
