Fat String and Filosofia Original fazem tributo a Dennis Brown with time de peso! Watch!

Ras Portuga, producer and bassist of Filosofia Original, and the Jamaican Fat String assembled a heavyweight team for a great tribute to the prince of reggae, Dennis Brown. The album features more than special appearances, as on the song "How Could I Leave", which featured none other than the legendary Jamaican drummer Leroy Wallace Horsemouth, Vincent Morgan on keyboards and Dalton Brownie on guitar. The song "Cassandra", which even became a music video, was produced by Afrikan Sound System, and the classics "Money In my Pocket", "Should I", "Here I Come" (love & hate) and "Whip Them Jah" were handled by the Brazilians Tiago Rezende (drums), Rafael Ulisses (keyboards), Fabio Silva (organ), Felipe Marques (rhythm guitar) and Ras Portuga (bass). With Jamaican Fat String on vocals, the album will be released in September in physical and digital formats by Bong produções in partnership with Sound System Brazil. With more than 75 albums recorded, Dennis Brown was admired even by Bob Marley, who considered him his favorite singer. Dennis passed away prematurely in 1999, at only 47 years of age, due to pneumonia. R.I.P.
