Rafael Pondé will release his new album "UAS" (United Americas of Sound) on the 25th in São Paulo at Jai Club. The musician was recently on tour in Colombia where he performed several shows and brings the show to Brazil with Kezo Nogueira on drums, Adriano Paternostro on bass and special guest appearances by Eduardo Escariz and Marcelo Mira (Alma Djem).

Rafael brings together 5 CDs and the documentary "O novíssimo baiano" (2011) in his discography and is a representative of the new generation of artists who make roots music.
His sound has influences ranging from Bossa Nova to Samba, passing through Ijexá and the culturally close Reggae. Pondé was part of Diamba and Natiruts as a guitarist. All of this is part of the artist's body of work, which is also characterized by ecological activism and the spread of positive messages.
