Three releases for reggae fans! Check them out!

Some rock stars decided to contribute to two Reggae CDs that are about to be released. The first is a tribute to Peter Tosh, which will feature Eric Clapton, Cypress Hill and ex-Guns n' Roses Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum doing covers of the reggae legend, who died 16 years ago. The production also received fees from Gwen Stefani (No Doubt), Keith Richards (Rolling Stones), Carlos Santana and Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders), who were invited to participate in the album but could not record due to scheduling. The album is being co-produced by Peter Tosh's children, and is expected to be released in December.

Ziggy Marley also called heavyweight artists for some collaborations on his next album. Among the confirmed guest appearances are two Chili Peppers: bassist Flea and guitarist John Frusciante. Ziggy Marley's CD is expected to be released in April. And there is also good news for fans of Ziggy's father and Reggae. Photographer Lee Jaffe, a personal friend of Bob Marley, decided to release a book with photos of the singer, taken in the 70s. Photos of the legend in his homeland and in his private life fill the book called One Love: Life with Bob Marley and the Wailers.
