After a sold-out tour in 2003, The Wailers come to Brazil for a single performance on October 9 at Credicard Hall to further spread the music of their creator, Bob Marley. On stage, Aston "Familyman" Barret, known worldwide as the "architect" of reggae, Gary "Nesta" Pine (vocals), Junior Marvin (guitar), Glen DaCosta (saxophone) and Vin Gordon (trombone). All of them, except the vocalist, members of the original lineup of the group that has moved generations for years, with Bob Marley and The Wailers. In the setlist, legendary compositions by one of the greatest music icons. "One Love", "Sun is Shinning", "Concrete Jungle", "Buffalo Soldier", "Don't Rock the Boat", "Rastaman Vibration" are just some of the songs selected. The Wailers appeared on the reggae scene in the mid-60s, when Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Livingston dominated the rhythm. They were quickly incorporated into the select trio of artists. In 1973, with the departure of Tosh and Livingston, The Wailers joined Bob Marley to conquer the world, selling more than 250 million records.
