Marcia Griffiths, ex-backing vocalist for Bob Marley, celebrates 40 years of career with a new album!

The legendary Marcia Griffiths, one of the greatest singers in the history of Reggae is releasing her new album through VP Records, which should be in stores on March 29th."Shining Time", the album will bring together new hits, as well as re-recordings of great hits from the past in her solo career and with the I-Threes, a group formed by the singer together with Rita Marley and Judy Mowatt who worked with Bob Marley after the departure of Bunny Wailer and Peter Tosh from "The Wailers". Great performances can also be heard on the CD, which brings together true beasts such as Beres Hammond, Shaggy, Cutty Ranks, Hopeton Lindo and Annette Brisett singing with Marcia. It's worth checking out this beautiful work by one of Reggae's greatest divas, who, by the way, has enormous sympathy for Brazil.
