It all started when Bob played football in Kingston... and when he cut his foot on a rusty nail, what seemed like nothing was the most likely factor in the manifestation of his cancer, which would lead to his death on May 11, 1981, after several attempts at cure. We completed 25 years without Bob Marley, who at the time was already a star... today a myth! Known throughout the world and being one of the best-selling artists of all time, he is considered the greatest artist of the 20th century.
O Surforeggae, who was born on May 11, 2001, turns 5 and celebrates with two big parties in the countryside. É o “Double Surforeggae”, which takes place on May 12th and 19th at Galpão Busca Vida in Bragança Paulista (approx. 60km from São Paulo). At the first party (12th) we will have “Praieira” forró from Ubatuba (singing the hit Vermelha no Centro) and Soul Roots. No on the 19th we will have the great success of São Paulo reggae, Edu Ribeiro (singing the radio hit "Me Namora"), and once again the most successful band in the Bragança region, Soul Roots. O place needs no comments. An old deactivated shipyard that today has the best cachaça in the region and a decoration that is at least ideal and very original. Today, Galpão is a success among the select public of Bragança and the region.
