Bunny Wailer, legendary forming member of"The Wailers"together withBob MarleyandPeter Toshand who had a confirmed tour atBrasilin May, has once again canceled his performances. The artist was scheduled to perform atBrasilin November 2007, which however did not happen due to a series of misunderstandings during the hiring process.
At the time, evenGroundationhimself, who would share the stage with Bunny in some cities, was affected by the cancellation. As a result, the tour was postponed until May 2008, where all advance payment was required from the responsible producer. The last living Wailer's shows would take place alongside"Tosh Meets Marley"(Fully Fullwood Bandaccompanied byJunior Marvin, former guitarist ofWailers) in 4 capitals.
Bunny Wailerthis time leftBrasileiros literally in the lurch, as with all the details resolved and payment received, they decided not to embark onBrasilat the last minute, which left the Producer atBrasilresponsible for their tour and also those responsible for"Tosh Meets Marley"who are experiencing a drama like that experienced byGroundationin November.
We hope that regrettable facts like this disappear from circulation here, as this has only harmed the holding of international shows in the country, and caused many serious people (in most productions) to suffer inestimable financial and moral losses. Even so, the producers of the"Tosh Meets Marley"tour are doing their best to overcome the situation and take the band's great sound to the places where they had already confirmed the performances, perhaps alongside a big surprise for the public.
