One of the Jamaican Reggae Festivals that featured the heaviest lineups is back this year. Western Consciousness, which has had names like Black Uhuru, Edy Fitzroy, Buju Banton, Bushman, Anthony B and Marcia Griffiths on its lineup, will take place on May 22 in Westmoreland, Jamaica.

Some of the biggest names of the new generation are already confirmed, such as Tarrus Riley (of the hit She's Royal), Capleton, Turbulence and Lutan Fyah. The big festival season is open. In the coming months Jamaica will be buzzing with people from all over the world who usually show up to enjoy the shows and also the magnificent natural beauty of the Island.
