Family drama: Jamaican reggae idol loses son at 35! More at Surforeggae!

The great Jamaican idol Winston Rodney, better known as Burning Spear, mourns the death of his son and road producer, Kevin Thompson, who was defeated by brain cancer on July 23rd. Kevin was 35 years old and already weakened, he passed away peacefully at his home in New York. During the reggae star's last visit to Brazil with his Burning Band, Kevin was there as a member of the artist's production team.
