Donna Marie has been the leading female voice of British reggae for over two decades. She was a worldwide success in the 90s with the beautiful reggae version of the song "Think Twice" (listen), originally recorded by Celine Dion. In Canada and Brazil, this song reached the Top 10 of the charts, being known on Maranhão and Pará as ’Melô de Poliana’.
Among the recent achievements of this fantastic Jamaican singer, we have to remember São Luís, Maranhão, where she played to more than 20 thousand people. At Belém, Pará, maximum capacity at Parque dos Igarapés, record attendance to date. 15 years later, she is back. The London reggae diva, the queen of Lovers Rock Reggae, and now, "Lady of" Belém and São Luís.

The singer will be accompanied by an experienced reggae band from Belém, a true ’Dream Team’ of Pará reggae. The tour already has some confirmed dates and other possible dates open. Among the cities awarded with this true Christmas gift are São Luís (10/12) and Belém (03/12) in Parque dos Igarapés.
The shows in Brazil will be based on the albums ’Now’ (1994), ’Can’t Stop Loving You’ (2000), ’Marvellous’ (2004) e ’Next Chapter’ (2008). This tour marks the consolidation of the career of Donna Marie, one of the most influential artists in the history of reggae.
