Andread Jó is today one of the biggest names in the new generation of Brazilian reggae. The 32-year-old from Ceará has a CV that includes 5 European tours, shows at the most important reggae events in Brazil, including the biggest and most renowned, Maranhão Roots Reggae (2005), in São Luís-Ma, as well as three shows with the biggest name in reggae in the world, Alpha Blondy, in the cities of Fortaleza-Ce, São Luís-Ma and Belém-Pa respectively, and several performances with Israel Vibration, Groundation, The Wailers, Eric Donaldson, The Original Wailers and other big names in Jamaican music.The artist has released three albums: Força (2005), We are One (2008) and Andread Jó sings Bob Marley (2012) and several hits. In 2011, the musician completed 10 years of his career in style; recorded his newest work entitled, "Andread Jó sings Bob Marley", becoming the third Brazilian to obtain official authorization from the Marley family to record an album with the king's songs.
