The I-Threes Marcia Griffiths and Judy Mowatt, who backed Bob Marley, receive an award in the USA!

VP Records (largest Reggae record label on the planet) and Groovin’Inc, empresa responsável pelo Festival Groovin’ in the Park, held in Central Park (New York) last week presented an award to two of the I-Threes. Judy Mowatt and Marcia Griffiths received the award entitled 'Embaixadores do Reggae', which recognizes supreme and exceptional artists who have made an excellent contribution to the development and dissemination of reggae worldwide. The awards ceremony took place at the Jamaican Consulate in New York and was attended by Christopher Roberts (founder of the Festival) and Chris Chin (president of VP Records).
