Taj Weekes and his great band Adowa, originals from St. Lucia, Caribbean, put on a spectacular performance on July 16 on the B-Side program, on the BK Indie Media TV channel, in the United States. The channel is dedicated to arts, culture, music, sports, social issues and much more, especially from the Brooklyn neighborhood of New York. From there came talents such as Woody Allen, Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, Lenny Kravitz, Eddie Murphy, Richie Havens and Lou Reed. In a 1-hour program, Taj Weekes — in addition to performing with his complete band — was interviewed and spoke a bit about his career and future projects.
