Brazilian Dada Yute went to Spain to represent our country at the world's biggest reggae festival, held in the city of Benicassim, Rototom Sunsplash. Dada Yute & Royal Band opened the last night of the event (Saturday, August 22) on the Showcase stage, dedicated to new reggae revelations. With a repertoire of approximately 50 minutes, he mixed old hits with reinterpretations of classics and also new songs, showing vocal versatility and quality. The audience response was excellent and interaction took place throughout the performance. It is not new that Dada Yute has been refining himself and doing collaborative work with other major international reggae artists. Always on the rise, his career — especially internationally — puts Brazil side by side with other promises of the new generation.
