Some members of the renowned group Groundation have just created a new project. Rising Tide, from the Portuguese "Maré Crescente", is the name of the group that will have its first album released by Soulbeats Records in March 2016 and a world tour starting in April of the same year. The group is formed by members and former members of Groundation such as Paul Spina (drums and percussion), Ryan Newman (bass), Marcus Urani (keyboards, melodica, percussion), Jason Robinson (sax), Kerry-Ann Morgan (vocals), Sherida Sharpe (vocals) and Kim Pommell (vocals). The first single released, titled "Is It Right", is already available along with a music video made with illustrations. Members of Groundation throughout the band's career have already dedicated themselves to various parallel projects, such as vocalist Harrison Stafford's own "Professor" and "Rockamovya".
