The "Se Liga no Reggae" program has just completed 2 years and will celebrate in grand style with a major party in Salvador. Created by Rafael Costa (member of Surforeggae), "Se Liga" has already been on important city radio stations such as Itapoan FM and Rádio 100.
Besides Rafael, the trio includes Flavus Regis (also a Surforeggae member) and Fabiane Almeida (Agenda Alternativa de Salvador), and they host "Se Liga no Balanço do Reggae" on Educadora FM on Saturdays at 4:00 PM.
On January 9, the "Se Liga no Balanço do Reggae" party will bring together some of the biggest attractions and rising stars of Bahian reggae at Praça Quincas Berro D'Água, Pelourinho. Names like Adão Negro, Diamba, Edy Vox, Igor Salify, Cativeiro and Semente Roots are confirmed.
Tickets will be sold at the venue and the event features solidarity half-price admission, where everyone can contribute to Projeto Badu, which serves 100 needy families in Salvador.
