Aline Duran releases a ska version of a Janis Joplin classic, the legendary blues-rock singer!

"Mary Jane" is the third single from Aline Duran's new EP. After releasing the song "Fever", the singer's voice lands another ska-style reinterpretation, this time with a composition by Janis Joplin, considered the greatest rock singer of the 60s and blues of her generation. Janis was one of my main female references since childhood, and I interpreted this song with great affection. It is a light and humorous song, in a version worthy of getting up and dancing." - says the singer. The singles will be released monthly and will have free download on the artist's official website. The EP features unusual interpretations of famous pop, rock, bossa, jazz and soul songs inserted into the Jamaican universe through instrumental bases called "riddims", well known to the public. The songs were recorded at the "Haze Sounds" studio in São Paulo, mixed by Guilherme Schwenck, with graphic art by William Vankar, who also signs the show's musical production, which promises to be the heaviest of the artist's career.
