After two years away from the Southeast, José "Punho Forte" Rodrigues, the poet of reggae music in Brazil, is back on stage.
The singer and songwriter, considered one of the finest voices in Brazilian reggae, will perform this March between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Coming directly from São Luís do Maranhão, Jose Rodrigues is preparing to release two new songs in April through Sound System Brazil.
One is entirely in English — "Let The Reggae Music Play" — and the other, "Amizade Pura", features Helio Bentes and was produced by Pedro Pedrada, both members of the band Ponto de Equilíbrio.
