The year 2020 began with good energy, music and plenty of work for Diamba!

On February 14, the group released on all digital platforms, through the Surforeggae label, the single "Jamaica é Bom Demais", which was already on the public's lips even before its digital debut. Released days before "Furdunço", the pre-Carnival in Bahia, the song was also the theme of the band's special electric-trio project, whose artistic concept was created by graffiti artist Fael Primeiro and was highlighted on a route that also brought special appearances by Clariana and Pali, two empowered sisters living a strong moment in Salvador's music scene. The Carnival schedule was composed of shows in Rio Vermelho, Pelourinho, Cajazeiras and Ilha do Contrato (lower south). Vocalist Duda Diamba also took part in the "Triunidade" project with Lazzo Matumbi and Skanibais, thus closing the revelry activities.

Living one of the best moments of its career, the news is the release of the album "FMD - Fraternidade Musical Diamba", an album recorded in 2011 that presents a series of collaborations with major names in Brazilian reggae music. The band featured Alexandre Carlo (Natiruts) on "Coisas da Vida", Helio Bentes (Ponto de Equilibrio) on "Bob Rei" and Zeider (Planta & Raiz) on "Falando com Jah". Among the 11 tracks, there are also compositions by fans, such as "Coração de Pedra" (Ariel Lisboa), and by established musicians, such as "Moreninha" by Pedro Ponde. The album "FMD" was also released by the Surforeggae label, specialized in boosting the careers of nationally and internationally recognized reggae artists. The work does not stop, and following the style guided by collectivity, a strong characteristic of the band Diamba, another partnership has been formed: Playground Business For Fun, which enters the circuit to market shows around the world, and producer L&B Produções, responsible for Diamba's career.
